04 — The Publication

Filed from a London Kitchen. Observed without Agenda.

Kaldira Compendium began as a private notebook — a nutritionist's running record of what people in London were actually eating, how they were moving, and how those patterns intersected with their weight and sense of wellbeing. The observations accumulated. The archive grew. The compendium became a publication.

Every article published here is drawn from documented observation, not from a content brief. Writers are required to disclose any commercial relationships, and each piece is reviewed by a second editor before publication. The result is a record of ordinary nutrition practice — seasonal, gradual, and evidence-informed.

06 — Editorial Standards

How This Publication Selects, Reviews, and Files Its Observations

Every piece passes through a documented editorial process: writer disclosure, source citation, second-editor review, and a correction log. The standards are published openly.

The weight recorded in a food journal is rarely about a single meal. It is about the accumulated rhythm of a week, a season, a year of ordinary choices.
